Kingdom Prayer Update
1 Timothy 2:1-7: First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.”
Pray with a humble disposition and heavenly appreciation for God’s gracious favor in Christ’s ministry (Philippians 2:7-8).
Colossians 3:1-2: If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
Exalt the LORD for His holy name and the glory due Him in all things (Romans 11:36).
Pray for confidence in speaking the Word (Romans 10:14-15) to our neighbors and pray for Gospel conversions.
Missions: Pray for the translation work that one of our missionaries and his team are continuing to work on, especially as they try and complete the New Testament by the end of next year. Ask for protection for the translation team given their sensitive location.
Outreach: Camp Westminster is approaching the mid-point of the summer program. Pray for continued perseverance for the counsellors, safety for the campers, for believing campers to grow in their faith, and for the Spirit to work in the hears of campers who do not know the Lord.
Ministry: Pray for Westminster’s staff, deacons, elders and building committee as they evaluate options related to our facility limitations.
Ephesians 6:18: Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints

Pray for conviction for the sins of ignoring God’s commands. James 4:17: So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
Pray for God’s providence so that we would be kept from being tempted to sin, or if tempted, that by his Spirit we may be powerfully enabled to stand in the hour of temptation.
Psalm 19:13: Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me! Then I shall be blameless, and innocent of great transgression. .
